Speed up your computer performance with a Health Check

The Health Check is a designed to keep your computer running smoothly to improve overall health and performance. We can improve the speed and general stability of your Desktop or Laptop Computer by detecting potential issues and taking action.

We perform a number of steps with the use of diagnostic tools with the aim of increasing the performance to when first purchased the computer. 

The health check is performed remotely. We do not need to visit your premises!

Remote Access Health Check - Terms of Use before making your Purchase

  • If you would like to use this service, your computer must be fast enough to allow us to connect remotely.
  • Your computer will need to be connected to the internet.
  • Once you have made your purchase you will received a call within 24 hours to arrange a convenient appointments. This would normally be within normal office working hours. 
  • If a hardware fault is found with your computer additional charges may be incurred, dependant on the fault you have.
  • Once the work has started this agreement cannot be cancelled.
