After some length of ownership many PC's under perform to their best ability and are cluttered with programs that are no longer needed and spyware or viruses from the Internet. This is most noticeable when starting and performing simple tasks.

The PC health check is to test your computer and adjust the settings to re-gain the speed that your PC once had. This can sometimes involve what is called returning to factory default, as it was when you first purchase the computer.
